The proposed Obama government healthcare bill has a government snitch network built into it, allowing social workers to gain access to your home under the pretext of checking on your new baby, or soon-to-be-born baby. It will result in many many more children being taken from families by state Child Protective Services agencies. This is the fulfillment of a long-held dream by child protection agencies to gain access to homes, without first getting a report of abuse or neglect, as currently required by law. Mandated visits to homes by government agents has been a favorite cause of Hillary Clinton, and of the radical bureaucrats running the U.S. Administration of Children and Families.
This “home invasion” program is found on page 838 of the lengthy bill, in Section 1904, and it is called the “Home visitation programs for families with young children and families expecting children.”
A new initiative, part of the federal Affordable Care Act and funded through the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), will help Washington and other states bring evidence-based home visiting services to high-risk communities. The new MIECHV program provides $1.5 billion over five years for a state-based early childhood home visitation grants to serve families in high-risk communities through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
The Health and Human Services’ website states that your family will be targeted if you fall under the “high-risk” categories below:
- Families where mom is not yet 21.
- Families where someone is a tobacco user.
- Families where children have low student achievement, developmental delays, or disabilities.
- Families with individuals who are serving or formerly served in the armed forces, including such families that have members of the armed forces who have had multiple deployments outside the United States.
HOW WILL THE GOVERNMENT DETERMINE IF YOUR CHILD IS “AT RISK?” Through “nosey surveys” and “health education” classes. Most states have health classes starting in kindergarten, an age when children don’t know they shouldn’t answer “nosey” questions. Here is a link to the Health Standards for Georgia where you will see our 6-year olds are subjected to discussions on smoking in the home.
Social Workers assigned to the home: It’s already a reality in Scotland:
Homeschool boy in government custody 7 YEARS
Social workers enraged by homeschooling, which was legal in Sweden at the time, used police to abduct the little boy, and then added claims of issues with his vaccinations and teeth to the complaint. Then social workers, aided by the local courts, simply kept Domenic.
Let us now compare our Founding Principle with the U.N.’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It enumerates 30 some “rights,” among which are….
